Hytera CBU Service RMA Announcement
Hytera Service is pleased to announce that we have introduced a new and quicker route to send RMAs to Hytera UK for products purchased from the UK. Please note that this only applies to senders from EU member states. If you are a non-EU member state then be advised that this route could take longer and have extra admin charges applied.
All new RMAs for EU member countries should now be sent to the address below commencing 05/10/2021. Please note all RMA items must have a Customs Invoice value (CI) for every product sent. This includes repairs as the purchased price of the device can be used. Without this information it can cause delays to the process. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
